	PROCESSING:
	Processing charge is per lb. carcass weight. This includes cooling and ageing of carcass 7-14 days. We will age longer, if you desire,at the rate of $2.00 per ½ per day.
	CUT AND PACKAGE: (Shrink Film ,Heat Sealed)	.85 PER LB.
	Other charges - per lb. actual product weight.
	TENDERIZE,STEW MEAT,FAJITA MEAT,SLICE FOR JERKY :	.40 PER LB.

	GRINDING:	.40 PER LB.

	PATTIES - 4 oz, 6 oz & 8 oz:	.60 PER LB.

	HAND WRAP:	.80 PER LB.

	We also offer a wide variety of specialty products. Some of these include several varieties of snack sticks and summer sausage along with salami, franks, smoked brisket, corned brisket, dried beef, beef jerky, and beef bratwurst.
